How it works
We do the heavy lifting, as always.
Your venue gets its own reserved environment, with its data kept separate from everyone else's.
The “Book online” button hooks into your ATAI menu or Digital Cover. Guests pick day, time and party size.
Reservations arrive sorted by day and time, and the table is assigned automatically. All from the panel, phone included.

Service — who's coming, who's seated, who's done. During service this is the only screen you need.

Already have a website or a menu you like? The manager works on its own: we set up your space and guests book online.

One ecosystem: guests browse the menu, tap “Book online” and take their seat. All in your venue's style.
What's inside
What you actually need when the room fills up — nothing more, nothing less.
Every table is a row, bookings are blocks on the clock. At a glance you see gaps, overlaps and who's about to free up.
The map of your tables, updated as you serve: occupied, freeing up, being reset. Tap a table and you find it on the timeline.
Indoor room, pergola, terrace: each area has its own tables and seats. The system keeps them apart and counts covers together.
Booked, seated, finished: the three columns of a shift. Mark arrivals with one tap, from the phone at the counter too.
Guests without a booking? Filter by party size and the system tells you where to seat them, assigning the table automatically.
The month at a glance and the address book of returning guests, with their notes: high chair, allergies, favourite table.
Pricing
No per-cover commission: the guests you book are yours. The big platforms charge you per person seated, here the monthly fee is flat and never changes.

The monthly fee is the same for both: €47/month + VAT, unlimited bookings and no per-cover commission. The only difference is who does the initial setup.
Questions
No: it's an independent module and works on its own. If you have the ATAI menu or Cover, the widget hooks in there and the guest journey becomes one single thread.
No. They book from their phone's browser in a few taps. The management panel opens in the browser too — nothing to install.
Every venue has its own reserved space, separate from the others: your reservations are yours alone.
€47 a month + VAT, with no per-cover commission, plus a one-off setup fee: €190 if you configure rooms and tables yourself, €390 if we do it for you. It works on its own or alongside the ATAI digital menu, which has its own fee.
