This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit the ATAI website or write to us through the forms on the pages.

1. Data controller

The controller is NOASTUDIO srl, Piazza Giuseppe de Fabris 61, 36055 Nove (VI), Italy, VAT and tax code 04328020245. For any request about your data write to info@atai.it or, for formal communications, to legal@pec.noastudio.com.

2. What data we handle

Browsing data. When you open a page, the hosting infrastructure records technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages requested, date and time. This keeps the site running and secure.

Demo request. If you fill in the form we collect the name of the venue, the type of business, the town, your email address and any notes you write. The email address is the only way we have to reply.

Information request. The contact form collects name, email address and the text of your message.

Typefaces. The pages use fonts hosted by Google Fonts: to download them your browser connects to Google servers, which at that moment receive your IP address. No cookies are installed.

3. Why we handle it, and on what legal basis

• Replying to your requests for a demo or information: processing is necessary to follow up a request you sent, ahead of a possible contract.
• Running and securing the site: legitimate interest in keeping the service available and protected from abuse.
• Displaying pages with the intended typefaces: legitimate interest in correct and consistent presentation.

4. Who the data may reach

Data may be handled by the hosting provider and by the technical suppliers that keep the site and the mail running, each for their own part.

Typefaces are supplied by Google: when the browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address. Google's terms and privacy notice apply, including its mechanisms for any transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Drafting assistance. Third-party writing assistance tools may occasionally be used to draft or review replies to the requests received. In such cases only the content needed for that purpose is submitted and, where possible, identifying details are removed. No automated decisions producing legal effects on you are taken in this way.

Data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Requests received through the forms remain in the mailbox and in the site logs for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than the purposes described or than legal obligations require. Server technical logs are kept only as long as security requires.

6. Your rights

At any time you can ask what data we hold, have it corrected, updated, restricted or deleted, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@atai.it: we answer directly.

If you believe something has not been handled properly you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.

7. Changes to this notice

If the structure of the site, the providers or the tools in use change, this page is updated and the date above changes accordingly.
